Where does the SMP and products ship from?

All of our products ship from the USA.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the contiguous United States at this time. Due to the high demand and requests we will be adding Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe very soon!

I'm not happy with my order. What can we do about it?

Due to the nature of print planners we can only issue a refund if the product arrived defective or damaged. More info on refund and return policies here.

Can I exchange or cancel my planner order if I picked the wrong one?

If the product hasn't shipped please email us at info@thescheduledmom.com. We'll do our best to revise the order.

My planner looks damaged or defective. Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. We can either 1. Issue a refund; 2. Send you another. More info on refund and return policies here.

My planner hasn't arrived yet. Can you check my order status?

Ugh that's awful. Yes right away! Contact our support team at info@thescheduledmom.com with your order ID number, name, and email address and we will get back to you asap.

How many months is the SMP?

Each planner is for a duration of 6 months. You can start any month and any day of the month. If you have questions see the guide with your planner or check out how to use the SMP here.
